1. Scope of Work & Deliverables

All software development, design assets, and video edits are governed by signed statement of work (SOW) documents detailing milestones, acceptance criteria, and delivery timelines.

2. Intellectual Property Ownership

Upon full milestone completion, clients retain 100% full legal ownership of all source code, Figma design files, vector logo marks, and video master files.

3. Performance & Warranty

Software deliverables include a 30-day SLA warranty post-production launch to fix any unforeseen bugs or regressions at zero additional fee.
